Currency College provides all of the training and tutorials you need to become acquainted with the online tools you will be using.

Yes, an Internet connection is required. Broadband is necessary for certain components of your education.
Do I need a brokerage account?
Yes, you will need a brokerage account to invest in the currency market. Visit our preferred brokers page for more information.

How long do I have to cancel if I change my mind?
If you purchase a Currency College Course, it comes with a qualified, 30-day, money-back guarantee. If not completely satisfied, simply notify us up to 30 days after enrollment and we'll credit the subscription fee and taxes to your credit card.
Can I refer a friend?
Yes, you may refer a friend by calling the referrals department at 1.800.836.7398.
What if a friend referred me?
If a friend referred you to Currency College and you would like them to receive the referral bonus, you may contact the referrals department at 1.800.836.7398.
What happens when I hit Submit on the purchase form?
Your order is submitted. Pending the approval of your credit card, you will receive an e-mail with your user name and password within an hour of the charge.
Do you charge my credit card right away?
Yes.
Are there payment plans available?
We do not offer a payment plan on our Education Resource Center Course. Speak with Admissions office about payment promotions if you’re interested in purchasing our Associates or Bachelors Course.
Do I get access to the course immediately?
Pending the approval of your credit card, you will receive an e-mail with your login and password within an hour of the charge. This gives you access to the course.
What forms of payment can I use?
To process your check electronically, we need the check number, routing number, bank account number and your driver’s license number. To pay by check, please contact admissions by calling 1.800.836.7398. You may also use an American Express, Visa, MasterCard or debit card.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Students who purchase online receive a 30-day, money-back guarantee. To cancel, notify us of your decision within 30 days of when you completed the online enrollment process. If you do not cancel your subscription within the initial cancellation period, you will be charged the monthly subscription fee plus applicable taxes until the subscription period expires.

Is this day trading?
No, Currency College offers only the information and education on how to make your trades.
What if I’ve never traded a stock before?
You do not need experience as a stock investor or trader to take our courses. They are developed to give you the information you need to start trading.
What if I’m very experienced at trading? Is this for me?
Currency College offers beginning, intermediate and advanced courses. So regardless of your investing experience, there is a course for you.

How many courses do you offer?
Courses offered by Currency College include Basic Forex Home Study Course, Associates Trader Course, Bachelors Trader Course, Advanced Technical Analysis, and One-on-one Coaching.
How much time will it take to complete the courses?
Our courses are designed to allow you to set your own pace. You can take as little or as much time as you need to review the course material. We have found that students who spend more time studying tend to perform better in the markets.
How much time will it take to trade and manage my investments?
Your investing style determines how much time you need to devote to your investing. The more active you are in your investing, the more time you will need to spend analyzing potential trades and monitoring current trades.
Am I committing myself to appointments?
No, you can complete all of our Online Courses on your own schedule.
Do you offer any additional products or services?
We have a wide range of products and services available, including Coaching, Trading Rooms, and Trade Signals.
What’s the difference between Coaching and Trading Rooms?In our Coaching Program, you can request one-on-one help from our staff and coaches via e-mail, phone or Live Chat. By contrast, our Trading Rooms are live multimedia presentations that are delivered directly to your Web browser. Instead of talking to coaches on the phone and listening to them describe something on the screen, Trading Rooms allow you to see exactly what the coaches are referring to as their screens are avaible to you in real time.
Is this a software that will tell me what to buy?
No, Currency College does not tell you what to buy. Currency College provides the information, online tools, and education to enable you to analyze your own trades.
Can my spouse take the course with me?
Yes, you may use the program together. However, only one user name and password will be issued with the program.
Where do instructors and coaches come from? Are they good?
Currency College has more than 10 staff to support you. We feel that our coaches and instructors are some of the most successful traders in the market. They're passionate about investing and their enthusiasm carries over into our courses.
Are there any tests I have to take prior to enrolling in one of your programs?
No, you do not need to complete any tests before enrolling in our programs.
Will this course earn me any kind of degree or college credit?
No, Currency College is not an accredited university.
Are course materials sent in the mail?
No, all our course materials are available via Currency College Online. Here, you can find interactive course manuals complete with quizzes and final exams, archived live sessions, and much more depending on the course or program for which you have registered. Your user name and password are sent via e-mail.
What happens when my Student Resource Center access expires?
If you signed up for an auto-renew option, then your Resource Center access will automatically renew. If you did not sign up for the auto-renew option, you will lose access. To renew your monthly subscription, call 1.800.836.7398.
